Whether it be rain, sleet, snow or wind, not much will keep friends in Westport from having a good time. So when I was on the fence yesterday afternoon about whether or not I should attend the “Summer Pot Luck Block Party” I knew there would definitely be some that would be there, despite the gloomy, rainy forecast.

Henry Norwood provided the awesome tunes, thanks for sticking it out as the rain droplets started and stopped. I know that’s never easy when you are dealing with speakers/electricity/etc. #electricityandwaterdontmix

Another big thanks to all involved in getting this event organized. Rain never kept the smiling faces away…of course, a scoop of iced cream or two never hurt either!
