During the month of August I had the privilege of photographing and taking some video of the Lonesome Ace Stringband performance out on the Cove’s patio. Chris Coole on banjo, John Showman on fiddle made up 2/3rd’s of the band, but they certainly didn’t bring an incomplete set. The guys did a wonderful job mixing in some great covers with their original tunes, making for a truly magical night of food, drink and music outdoors. I’m not sure it get’s much better than that in Westport in the Summer!
