Join us for a flag raising at Town Hall followed by a Drive Out Parade to the Pride Parade in Perth!

This years Lanark County Wide Pride 2023 – COURAGE TO BE ME — is a collaboration of Carleton Place Pride, Pride in Mississippi Mills, Smiths Falls Pride, Rainbow 101, Westport Pride and Queer Connection Lanark.

June 3rd

Drive-out Parade – starts in Almonte, on to Carleton Place, then to Smiths Falls, Westport contingent joins and then on to Perth
Walk the Pride Parade in Perth. Starting at Stewart Public School Park and ending at Last Duel Park – In honour of the passing of local activist Byron Wilson aka Hyddie Hoe and the push back against members of the 2SLGBTQI+ community this year’s parade is celebrating DRAG – queens, kings, divas – The first float in the parade is for YOU!! Ride the float or walk the route and be YOU.
