A regular weekly Pilates class will complement your yoga practice and support your daily, sports and other activities by building both inner and outer strength. Pilates helps to improve your posture, core stability, flexibility and balance!
Journey Fitness + Wellness will offer these classes in-person (maximum 3 people) and online via Zoom. A link to the class with instructions will be provided a day in advance of the class.
