Returning again this fall is the monthly Self-care Sundays – Fall Transition Series. The classes are focused on nurturing mind and body as we transition out of the busyness of summer into the quieter routines of fall.
Gentle Yoga / Yoga Nidra – – With all of the busyness of the holidays fast approaching or any other busy time, move gently, relax, release and let go. Come experience the healing benefits of gentle yoga movement followed by yoga nidra/yogic sleep on the body and mind.
These classes will be offered both in-studio (limited to 3 participants so be sure to register early to secure your spot) and online via Zoom.
