Returning again this fall is the monthly Self-care Sundays – Fall Transition Series. The classes are focused on nurturing mind and body as we transition out of the busyness of summer into the quieter routines of fall.
Morning Awaken – – Our daily routines and habits are integral to our physical well-being and emotional and mental resilience. Welcome in the new day and set up a strong and steady foundation for the rest of the day.
These classes will be offered both in-studio (limited to 3 participants so be sure to register early to secure your spot) and online via Zoom.
