Practice Yoga outdoors with Westport Yoga in the Park! Every Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 – 10:30am, spent an hour in Lockwood Park. Sandy Prentice runs a Yoga session called “Yoga of Connection” on Wednesdays and Lana Nolan offers her session: “Hatha With a Focus on Balance” on Thursdays.

Bring your own yoga mat, towel and other props, water bottle and anything else you may need to be comfortable.
