Start your yoga journey learning the foundations of the practice. This is a slower paced class which introduces you to foundational yoga poses, postural alignment and breathing techniques. This class is intended to build your confidence in the practice and to make you feel more at home in your body.
Practicing Hatha yoga in combination with meditation on a regular basis will help you feel more balanced and better connected to your inner self leading to overall health and wellbeing. These classes will be offered via Zoom. A link to the class with instructions will be provided a day in advance of the class.
Is another lockdown making you feel disconnected, blue or blah? Yoga can be a powerful tool to deal with the lockdown's uncertainty and isolation, as well as to maintain physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These free classes will be for beginners or the more advanced yogis/yoginis looking for a gentler practice. No equipment required.
A regular weekly Pilates class will complement your yoga practice and build both inner and outer strength. These classes will be offered via Zoom. A link to the class with instructions will be provided a day in advance of the class.
