Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science of medicine, approaches fall as a time of transformation, a time to slow down and turn inward; become grounded and restore the body. It’s also a time when we move away from cold refreshing salads to warm and comforting soups and stews. After all of the busyness of summer, it is important that we take the cues from nature and change our yoga practices and the foods we eat with the seasons.
Self-care Sundays will be offered monthly, with a unique focus for each one. Watch the page at Journey Fitness + Wellness for information on future classes.
