Join Deborah Nordstrom of Journey Fitness + Wellness for 5 outdoor Yoga sessions in Lockwood Park! The classes will run for 5 weeks every Tuesday, 9:30am – 10:30am from June 28th to July 26th, 2022.
Bring your own yoga mat, towel and other props, water bottle and anything else you may need to be comfortable. Cost is $15/drop-in class payable to Deborah (exact cash or e-Transfer to me@deborahnordstrom.ca).
