On Thursday February 15th, 2024, please join us at The Cove Inn in welcoming back Christine Graves to the stage for a performance from 5-8pm. This performance will be apart of our Original Thursdays series.
Christine is a singer/folk songwriter from Ottawa, Ontario. Her sublime & vulnerable vocals, wordsmith poetry and everyday life are captured on her recordings and through her performances.
An award winning songwriter, Christine returns to touring and performing music with a new LP release called Everyday Life. From 2006 to 2008, Graves was artistic director at Blue Skies Music Festival. She released four independent CD’s from 1995 to 2006 and toured Canada extensively. Graves has performed festival stages with Buffy Sainte-Marie, Blacksheep Inn stage with Feist, and played living rooms from Newfoundland to Vancouver Island. Her songs are contemporary folk, personal and political art without the lecture. Her voice is remarkable and she is truly a unique voice in Canadian folk songwriting.
