Returning again this fall is the monthly Self-care Sundays – Fall Transition Series. The classes are focused on nurturing mind and body as we transition out of the busyness of summer into the quieter routines of fall.
Afternoon Reset – – Sometimes, all we need to do is step away from the busyness of the day for a combined Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga practice to renew and restore for the rest of the day.
These classes will be offered both in-studio (limited to 3 participants so be sure to register early to secure your spot) and online via Zoom.
