Westport Creates! Come visit Westport’s newest POP-UP display of local artistic talent. For the month of March we will showcase the works of 2O+ craftspeople and artists from the Westport area, some items will be for sale. The display can be seen in the large window of Thake’s, 24 Bedford St, Westport.
Start your yoga journey learning the foundations of the practice. This is a slower paced class which introduces you to foundational yoga poses, postural alignment and breathing techniques. This class is intended to build your confidence in the practice and to make you feel more at home in your body.
Practicing Hatha yoga in combination with meditation on a regular basis will help you feel more balanced and better connected to your inner self leading to overall health and wellbeing. These classes will be offered via Zoom. A link to the class with instructions will be provided a day in advance of the class.
