The Daily Morning Routine for Wellness will help you gently awaken the body for a new day, a new beginning! The mind will be calm to face the day and the body ready for a more active yoga practice and/or your other daily activities. Self-care Sundays will be offered monthly, with a unique focus for each one. Watch the Journey Fitness + Wellness Facebook Page for information on future classes. This class will be offered via Zoom.
