Gentle Yoga Flow – Late Spring 2021 Series

Journey Fitness + Wellness 104 Alpine Lane, Westport

Stimulate energy and increase vitality with a Gentle Yoga Flow practice. This is a slower paced vinyasa style of yoga class where postures are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Westport Walks

This is a fully online walking fundraiser to raise funds for the kids at both St. Edwards Catholic School and Rideau Vista Public School. 100% of funds raised will be divided between both schools and will support the arts and activities funds. As this is fully online all you have to do is buy a ticket or make a donation and then tie up your laces and walk. Get out, get healthy and let's see what we can raise for the schools.

Heritage Tomato Plant Sale

The Friends of Westport Library (FoWL) are having a heritage tomato sale with all funds going to the Westport Library. This year the day is Saturday, May 22nd between 9am and 12pm. The sale will happen at 28 George St. and will adhere to same COVID-19 protocols as last year. FoWL is also looking for donations of perennials for the sale. Interested participants should contact Mary Chaikowsky directly at 613-390-1709.
